Kim Porter, the model / actress ex girlfriend of music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs of 13 years was found dead today (Thursday Nov. 15th) at her L.A. area home.
Law enforcement sources state that they got a call to Porter's Toluca Lake home around noon. According to emergency dispatch audio the call came in as a patient in Cardiac arrest. A source connected to Kim says she had been suffering flu-like symptoms and possibly pneumonia for several weeks but it's still unclear what exactly caused Kim's death.
Diddy and Kim's relationship spanned for more than a decade with several breakups and makeups in between. The former couple has 3 children together.
